I live in a two story house w/ 3 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. I have 1 room available for rent. The house is fully furnished including a game room, large back yard, and weight room. You would need to furnish your room. You will also be responsible for half of the chores and half of the bills, so you end up spending about $575-$625 a month. This includes water, cable, utilities, washer and dryer, and internet (wireless also). I am rarely home and on-call. If you are interested, you must have good hygiene, like to keep the house clean, be organized, a non-smoker, pay bills on time and can be male or female with young child. Outside pets only with a $50 deposit. The neighborhood is quiet except for kids playing. There is an elementary school a few blocks away. Walmart, HEB, Jack n the Box, Whataburger, Advance Auto parts, Wendy's, Gold's Gym, and Chilli's are about 5 minutes away. Randolph Air Force Base is close by. No parties but small get togethers may be ok. Serious inquiries only.
